FAQs

Q When is the next auction

If you register on our website (for free) you will receive email updates and a notification of when the next catalogue is available to view.

Q What is your commission rate

Buyer Premium is 15% with no vat.
No registration fees or online access fees

Q How does a house clearance work?

Our team consists of the auctioneer and a series of experienced knowledgable pickers who offer independent man & van removals.
All items picked remain your property and are offered for auction, unless very general items which may be offered as 'buy now' lots (such as washing machines, beds etc. ) You pay the removals direct and you pay for any waste direct to the recycling centre (after we have carefully recycled as much as we can). The auction house charges 15% commission no vat on the hammer price to the vendor (with a minimum of £2 per lot). The vendor gets paid once all lots are sold and paid for by the buyer (usually within 10 days of the auction.)
