Callington Youth Club is open every Thursday from 4:15pm – 7:00pm, at The Family Hub on Saltash Road (accessed via Callington Primary Schools front car park).
The youth club is open to young people age 15+ or in the school year 10 and above, and it is free to attend!
Activities vary each week and include making pizza, decorating cakes, pool tables, board games, Nintendo Wii, football, movie nights, yoga, darts and more!
On-site young people are welcome to talk to staff about their day or their worries, future goals and aspirations, seek support and guidance to find specific services such as drug use, sexual health and counselling.
We provide snacks and drinks every week, and do our best to provide a hot meal each week.
The youth club is open to everyone and youth leaders are able to adapt activities to suit young people if they are new or feel anxious. Please feel to get in touch if you would like to discuss this.
It is entirely free to attend the youth club, join in the activities and enjoy the refreshments!
You are welcome to come and go as you please, but please remember to sign in and out or let a member of staff know you are leaving.
Attendees must be age 15 or above, or in year 10 at school to attend this youth club due to the conversations, films and activities we provide.
Yes absolutely! You are welcome to come to chat with our youth workers, and alternatively, if you would like to come and just enjoy chatting and socialising with your friends, that is fine too.
Enter the double red gates of Callington Primary Schools' car park. Once in the car park, look to your left for a grey gate and a sign for 'The Family Hub'. Follow the path down the side of the grey fencing to the double doors of the family hub.
