As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Tarot Reader, Reiki Healer and Yoga and Pilates Teacher in Saltash, Sue works in private practice at home, face to face or via phone and Zoom for all therapies. Sue uses her intuition and shares it with sensitivity, understanding, clarity and healing during psychic tarot readings, and facilitates a safe space for counselling sessions where clients can feel open to share their experience in a validating, empathic and confidential environment. Sue offers Reiki Healing for emotional and physical healing, and is a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). As an integrative therapist Sue works with clients to explore mind, body, emotion and soul, believing that if any of these parts of self are out of balance, our whole being can be affected.

Sue integrates a range of healing styles whilst giving the Japanese art of Reiki healing to clients. Sue has witnessed how beneficial healing can be, helping to make the stresses and pressures of everyday life more manageable emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Sue channels reiki through her hands, using life force energy to heal the whole of the person. Sue is a Pilates & Yoga Teacher and Fitness Pilates & Yoga Instructor exercise professional. All Sue’s classes are mixed ability, with each posture having a range of options available from beginners through to advanced – something for everyone. Sue’s zoom classes are great for taking peaceful time out for yourself to build core strength and help prevent and recover from injury. These classes relieve stress whilst increasing flexibility and mobility, strength and muscle tone by realigning your posture, reducing stiffness and recovery from injury.
